Hello friends! Happy October! 🎃 👻

So many fun events and activities to share this month, but for today, we’re excited to share that this October 20th at the 1 Hotel Toronto, Bloom 🌱 will be a part of the conversation centered around hormones, mental health, perimenopause, PCOS (and more!), at That Good Co’s Masters event: “Mastering Me” featuring renowned expert, advocate and bestselling author Dr. Mary Claire Haver ❤️

Dr. Haver is a board-certified OBGYN 🩺 , a Certified Menopause Practitioner and the author of the bestseller The New Menopause. With over 3 million social media followers (Instagram, Tiktok), she is a leading voice in women’s health on the topics of menopause, perimenopause and hormone health.

From the That Good Co Team:

For the past few years, we, as a team of women, have found ourselves having ongoing discussions about issues like hormones, menopause, peri-menopause, fertility, and PCOS. In response, we are launching That Good Masters: Mastering Me to provide expert insights and support on these critical topics.

Mastering Me is a comprehensive wellness series aimed at empowering women to gain a deeper understanding of their bodies, and offering expert knowledge on managing hormonal changes, navigating menopause, understanding the role of mental health and addressing fertility concerns.”
