🌱 Nourishing Our Nervous Systems w/ Bloom & The Cognitive Corner
What does it look like to be grounded and resourced within?

Question for you:
What does collaging our most grounded self look like? What art emerges when we focus on centering nervous system safety and regulation?
Answer these questions and more with our latest creative community workshop: 🌱 Nourishing Your Nervous System 🤎 😊
Date: Saturday, October 26th 2024
Time: 4:15pm - 7:15pm (approx 3hrs)
Tickets: $160 (Early Bird 🐥) $180 (General admission)
Join Bloom and The Cognitive Corner (TCC) for a joint therapeutic collage art journalling workshop guided by Meghan Watson, MA. RP (hey that’s me!😂) and Simone Saunders, M.S.W. RSW 💖
We are so excited to share our collective wisdom and explore the ways in which collage journalling can support a nourished and grounded nervous system. We’ll dive into the tactile and somatic experience of physical art making, as well as explore resources and learnings to resource ourselves in stress, crisis and overwhelm.
